Gale Launches Interactive Resources for Chemistry and Anatomy
Brings STEM learning to life through immersive and interactive learning experiences
Farmington Hills, Mich., December 13, 2016 — Gale, a Cengage company, has launched Gale Interactive: Chemistry and Gale Interactive: Human Anatomy for the academic market. Through innovative technology, these new digital resources combine Gale’s curriculum-aligned research content with interactive 3D models from partner VIVED to help students understand science topics.
With these new resources, users can engage with the content using tools to zoom, rotate and explore models. In the chemistry product, students also benefit from a visualization experience – seeing and interacting with atoms and molecules and being able to, for example, combine elements to see reactions, providing real learning value. Clicking through each step-by-step guided, interactive lesson, users will find relevant reference content, and have the ability to search across content to find exactly what they are looking for. Self-quizzing capabilities are incorporated to help students review key concepts.
